Study tour conducted to Hyderabad. 40 students and 7 staff accompanied for the 6 days programme. We visited Film City, Birla Mandir, Golconda Fort,Hussain Sagar Lake, Lumbini Park, Salarjung Museum, Macca Masjid and Charminar at Hyderabad on the way visited Sri.Radhakrishna Temple at Bangalore and shopping from Orion Mall. We came back to Calicut on 24th morning. |

Republic Day celebrated. Principal hoisted the flag and gave the day’s message, speech in Malayalam by Ms.Jilsath and in Hindi by Ms.Soumya, followed by patriotic song. Mass drill was also conducted. After the vote of thanks the programme windup with National Anthem. |

Women’s day was celebrated with variety programmes. The programme started with a prayer song by Ms.Dwitheeya and Ms. Greeshma, followed by welcome speech of general captain Ms.Anjana Paul. Principal precided over the function. Rev.Sr.Nirmal A.C., former Vice Principal of Providence Women’s College inaugurated the function in a creative way. Sister through her speech empowered the students to face life with Determined determination. There was cultural programmes including recitation, solo and group song, video show on “ Be bold to Hold the World”, semi classical and cinematic dances, speech by Ms.Sithara and a drama-“ The Doll’s House”. Vote of thanks was delivered by Ms.Reshmi Venugopal, General Secretary of the College Union. |

General Body meeting of PTA was conducted at 3PM. The function started with a prayer song by Ms.Indulekha and Ms.Riya John. Principal welcomed the gathering and gave an idea of the structure of B.Ed programme and course regulations. Former Principal Sr.C.K.John, our invited guest delivered a speech on “Effective parenting”. Then the staff and executive members from each class introduced themselves. There was a general discussion, the Principal and Rev.Sr.Elizabeth A.C, our administrator cleared all the doubts of the parents. Dr.Minila K.George, Asst.Professor in Physical Science delivered the vote of thanks. |
